Congregant Care Five Ways

1. Urgent Care

While we care deeply about our congregants,  we are not equipped to provide immediate crisis care. Please see the list of resources below to walk through urgent care needs.
If you need immediate assistance, please call the valley-wide behavioral health crisis line at 602-222-9444.

2. Care, Counseling, & Support (Longer Term)

We provide an integrative, faith-based approach to healing the whole person – spirit, soul, and body, through healing prayer, pastoral counseling, and coaching. When referred out, professional services are provided by independent contractors and are typically private pay.

Please note – We are not able to provide immediate crisis counseling or care. If you need immediate assistance, please call the valley-wide behavioral health crisis line at 602-222-9444.

3. Care & Support (Shorter Term)

In cases of shorter-term, more immediate practical needs (i.e., meals, moving, needed items) we will do our best to help coordinate help. To submit a request, click the link below.

4. Care for Financial Assistance

Funds for financial assistance are very limited, and when available, are given in gift cards for food. There are a number or outside emergency services that may prove helpful. For a list of these resources, click the link below.

5. Care for Aging – (More Than Care for Seniors)

Working with seniors in need is only part of this care initiative. This is a long-term, holistic approach to aging well. Our desire is for this to be a valuable resource for individuals & family members from their mid-twenties and up. Click below for our “Age Well” checklist
